I am Director of Marketing Operations at SkyShowtime and have been with the company since its launch in 2022. My role focuses on enabling the business through my team’s owned and operated channels, including customer product journeys, offers, and CRM communications. I also help to shape and build our marketing and platform capabilities. Before joining SkyShowtime, I've worked across a range of marketing and product teams, primarily in the entertainment sector, with a strong focus on customer engagement as well as digital subscription and loyalty programmes.
