Philipp Klöckner is an advisor to top tier private equity firms, venture capital funds, and growth companies. He worked as in-house SEO, product manager, and CMO at Germany's market-leading price comparison Idealo.de from 2005 to 2011. He then helped shape numerous international marketplaces and aggregators in regard to digital marketing, product, and business intelligence for the startup incubator Rocket Internet. In the last 15 years, Philipp has contributed to over 100 startups and growth companies, a good dozen of which achieved the coveted Unicorn status.

Marissa spent the last 6 years of her career in Business Development and Leadership roles in the IT sector, ranging from pre-seed companies to publicly traded incumbent IT households. Her work with customers and partners has led to successful digital transformations across various industries and teams and exposing her to become a trusted advisor to her peers and partners. Continuing in this capacity as the Tech Alliance Lead for Braze DACH, Marissa is responsible for managing and developing the commercial and Go-to-Market relationships between Braze and it’s highly valued Technology Partners.

Marc spent the last 15 years of his career in various Sales, Marketing and Leadership roles in diverse tech companies supporting a broad range of industries and segments to drive value with technology solutions. Leveraging his broad knowledge of the MarTech industry, he runs the Braze DACH Business helping brands to power and humanize their interactions with consumers in real time.

Maja joined Zalando 2 years ago, working first on the CRM strategy for newly launched markets, and then moving to lead the Global CRM team. Before that, she worked as an martech consultant supporting multiple companies like Luxottica and Postepay in onboarding new ESP systems. Working with multiple platforms ignited her passion in not only the strategy side of CRM, but also the technical side.

Krzysztof Szymanski, the Head of CRM and Lifecycle Management at Taxfix. Prior to his current role, Krzysztof led the CRM team at GetYourGuide and worked at Project A, where he was involved in setting up and executing retention strategies for various digital businesses such as Treatwell, Catawiki, TradeRepublic, and kfzteile24. This broad experience has given Krzysztof a unique perspective and valuable insights into the world of CRM and customer retention.
Maximilian Mock Head of Customer Retention Bild Plus & Welt Plus
Maximilian is working as Head of Customer Retention at Axel Springer. He develops strategic initiatives for the digital subscription products BILDplus and WELTplus that leverage marketing, tech, data, and journalistic content to engage and retain customers in a scalable, yet personal and creative way. Before his current role, he was responsible for product management and product development of the BILD app products. Before joining Axel Springer, he co-founded a SaaS business software startup for SMEs.
