Ashley is Director of Customer Success, APAC at Braze, where he's spent the past six years helping customers bring creative ideas to life on the platform. Prior to Braze he lead teams of Technical Support professionals across APAC, enabling them to do their best in delivering positive customer experiences. Outside of work, he's on a quest to find the perfect cup of coffee and enjoys spending free time in the bush trail running and mountain biking.
