Victor leads engineering and machine learning teams working on Decisioning Studio and other BrazeAI products. He co-founded OfferFit, which was acquired by Braze in 2025 and became Decisioning Studio. His expertise is in productizing machine learning and reinforcement learning, which he did as a Lead Data Scientist at BCG prior to founding OfferFit. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Cornell.
