FAQ

There is a tube strike planned during the event. Are you providing transportation? 

We are aware of the tube strikes and we’ve got your travel plans covered. 

Morning service is expected to run as normal. To make getting home simple, we’re providing two easy options below:

Uber Voucher
To get you home in style, we’re providing £75 Uber vouchers on 23 April for your trip. More details on how to redeem the voucher will be shared soon.

Complimentary buses
We’ll also be running complimentary buses after the event starting at 5:30 pm on a loop to key stations:

  • Route A – Paddington Station
  • Route B – King’s Cross / St Pancras
  • Route C – Waterloo Station

Additionally, both the Elisabeth line from/to Paddington and the Overground from/to Kensington Olympia will not be affected by the strikes and will be running on the day.

City x City in London is an event that is a stop along our Braze City x City series. At City x City, you will learn how to unlock creativity with AI, harness the power of data to make better decisions, and deliver unforgettable brand experiences with personalisation and experimentation. This is a one day event on 23 April with optional additional Braze Learning bootcamps and networking opportunities on 22 April.

If you are traveling from outside of London, we encourage you to arrive on the 22 April and depart the evening of the 23 April or morning of the 24 April. 

If you are registered for pre-event Braze Learning, that will take place 22 April. 

Will there be a virtual City x City?

We will livestream select main stage sessions from City x City. Registration for the digital event is here.
